Day 38 - Breaking Habits by Cleansing

I'm a firm believer in the Put-ON to Put-Off principle.  I have some habits that need to be put off, and to do that, I need to put-ON some healthier habits.  The next four weeks, I will be working on cleansing and replacing those habits.  In fairness to the program coach, I will not be detailing the whole program, but you will likely notice more liquids, cleansing drinks like warm lemon-water in the morning, cleansing habits like using a sauna, and cleansing exercise like the rebounder, and oxycise.

Emotional cleansing is also a healthy way to improve body, soul, mind and spirit.  Bitterness is an illness of the spirit that keeps us from wholeness and health.  The antidote is Jehovah-Tsidkenu - The Lord [who is] our Righteousness - from Psalm 4:1 " Answer me when I call, O God of my righteousness! Thou hast relieved me in my distress; Be gracious to me and hear my prayer."  Righteousness translates all natural, legal, moral rightness and/or judgement.    Jehovah-Tsidkenu is the only antidote lack of righteousness  for He alone can grant forgiveness and as I John 1:9 says, 'cleanse us from all unrighteousness".  Praying for others, forgiving them, and letting God heal us will often do more for our body than we realize.  The only way we can be cleansed from all unrighteousness is to be filled with righteousness - and you guessed it, the only way that can happen is when we are filled by Jehovah-Tsidkenu Himself.  How awesome that He has provided access to the fullness of Himself.
