Recalling the P is for presenting yourself to God without pretense.
A is to attend to how you are thinking of God. Being honest, admitting what or who God is to you? A spiritual Santa? A vending machine? A judge? Or “your gloriously strong but intimate Papa?
Again, to answer this question I must get the answer from truth, not from my emotions. The list of Hebrew names and the list of Jesus names at my blog http://deloresliesner.blogspot.com is a great inspiration to me, for as I mediate on these truths, and test them out in life’s circumstances, I find that their meaning is not “just” who IS God, but this is WHO GOD wants to be to me and who God IS TO ME. Psalm 18:31 For who is God besides the LORD? And who is the Rock except our God?
Certainly it is good to ask, as you read God’s character, if this is who God truly is to me today, (if I welcome and embrace these characteristics in my life), but I would caution anyone to not just depend on individual thinking and emotions to evaluate what only God can judge. It is certainly a review or examination of my actions compared to the Word of God that is required here along with necessary repentance, yet I would encourage that the petitioner allow God to do the reviewing, recalling and convicting as needed. Otherwise we can end up once again either weighing our actions and beliefs by the standards of the world – looking for and counting the good works accomplished or worse yet, believing the enemy that our sin is permanent and unforgivable.

Photos tomorrow - I got the SD card stuck where it doesn't belong! You DON'T want to know what I did!
