Days 274-275 - Walkin and Swingin

Adding swing, beat, arm movement or poles to your walking will intensify the caloric burn while making the time go faster.  Recent additions to my walking are 50s music and some upbeat Christian Music like Gordon Mote - Don't Let Me Miss the Glory - and light jazz of Michael Buble. Make exercise as pleasureful as possible.  I am getting a thicker floor exercise pad this week because I believe it will help me stay down to stretch and exercise longer.

Two for One:
Lunch Friday was at Chancery - a unique Beet Salad with (Grilled) chicken, apples, pecans and a light balsamic dressing.  The picture was the "leftovers" with some added Chicken from home - Saturday Lunch.

What kind of love gives a double portion [of good] back after being treated badly?  Agape love -
Isaiah 61:7 Instead of your shame you will have a double portion, And instead of humiliation they will shout for joy over their portion. Therefore they will possess a double portion in their land, Everlasting joy will be theirs.

That's a lesson I have been trying to apply.  If someone is rude, instead of humiliating them, give a double portion of agape love so that they shout joy over my response.  It's a challenge, but a rewarding one.

I picture someone wanting something of us - often what they consider their "due".  Instead of merely satisfying them (even though they may be wrong), God encourages us to double it.  Can't you just see the difference in reaction?
