Hope that helps. We like to joke about Manna sometimes. "Exodus. 16:31 tells us that "The people of Israel called the bread manna. It was white like coriander seed and tasted like wafers made with honey."
Sounds gluten free to me - and Manna, after all, means "what is it" - explaining why my dear hubby calls new recipes or combo dishes "Manna-Casserole"
Verse for the day: Proverbs 16:3 - "Commit your works to the Lord and your plans will be established." (Nasb) - Other versions translate established to read "succeed" . The Message puts it this way: "Put GOD in charge of your work, then what you’ve planned will take place."
In a similar way if I Put GOD in charge of my diet, (instead of my natural cravings) which by the way are not the body saying it needs that item, but are often caused by other imbalances such as adrenal gland or thyroid...then my plans for health (to build up and honor the body as God's temple and keep it healthy for service.) will succeed.
Food: Over easy Egg with sauteed Greens, Onions, Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Yellow Tomatoes
