Perfect Water is the name of a product I tried today. It is water infused with oxygen, electrolites and remineralized. I know that water is one of the most important components of my body, and oxygen of my health so had to check this out. An hour after I had half of the (16 oz.) bottle, I felt revived, had a feeling of well-being, and my eyes felt better (not dry or gritty). Hmmm. I bought a case and will continue the experiment for at least a month to see if I notice consistent response. I've finally convinced myself to drink water before I am thirsty, because thirst is a sign of dehydration.
That sure seems to apply spiritually - I should make a habit to drink of the living water before I am thirsty and spiritually dehydrated (water starved). In John 4, Jesus said, "Everyone who drinks of this water (the earthly water in the well) will be thirsty again, but whoever drinks of the water that I will give him will never be thirsty again. The water that I will give him will become in him a spring of water welling up to eternal life.” Spiritually speaking I can confirm that once I accepted Christ's gift of eternal life, my thirst was satisfied. I have not thirsted to find any other spiritual waters...that heart-shaped place in my heart (as Augustine put it) has been completely satisfied. It is a deeper satisfaction than any other water, food, or person can give.
Perfect water.
Breakfast: Cottage cheese and raspberries
Dinner: Chef's Salad and pizza (sausage, mushroom, onion, black olives)
