Day 43 - Living my story

Fun on the rebounder is a painless way to exercise, so I usually add the weight ball.  Also added the jumprope today.  It's been a while since I've done that, so didn't do a whole lot, but improved incrementally.  Been advised to switch to a beaded-rope instead of the leather one I have.  Will look into it.  Fun to do with peppy music from Gaithers or Ernie Haase, music from You've Got Mail, or Gordon Mote's Don't Let Me Miss the Glory.

TSEMACH- The Branch also refers to God the Son, Jesus.  Jeremiah 33:15 ‘In those days and at that time I will cause a righteous Branch of David to spring forth; and He shall execute justice and righteousness on the earth.'  While He is known as a branch of David, He also calls me His branch in the New Testament.   What an awesome family tree!  Somedays our earthly family tree disappoints us or concerns us and those days I need to remember that my history is rooted in HIS-STORY and it began long before my earthly family.  I also need to remember to stay connected to the vine.  Branches are interesting things - the word has three basic definitions: the natural extension from the main body or source, a division of family descending from a particular ancestor, and a separate but dependent part (as in a branch of a business).  I appreciate these definitions, because although I have been grafted in physically to God's family, I am naturally a family descendent because I am created in His image.  I also appreciate how God allows us the choice of living independently, yet at the same time out of the strength of being dependent on His strength and wisdom.  It sounds impossible, and I've found that without God, it is.  Perhaps that is why it is so meaningful to me - like the song I danced to earlier today - as I live my story and abide in THE branch, I get to experience the 'Glory of the Impossible."

Breakfast:  Raw Yogurt 'Creme Brulee' topped with Rehydrated blueberries and apricot syrup. Side of Rye-Crisp and Egg Salad.

Midmorning snack was slice of sprouted spelt bread topped with Tahini butter
Dinner:  Chicken egg rolls and Rye cracker bruchetta - topped with dipping spices (found at T.J. Maax). Very tasty.
